1. To order the product from us, you have to pay 130 Taka in advance for the delivery charge.

2. You will pay your delivery charge at our bKash Merchant.

3. If you shop for 2000 Taka (1 and 2 apply to you)

4. If you shop for 2000+ Taka, you have to make a minimum of 30% advance. (Which will be adjusted later with all your money)

5. If you shop for 5000+ Taka then you have to advance 50% taka. (Which will be adjusted later with all your money)

Delivery Time

Delivery time at Zilla Sadar is minimum 5/7 working days.

Delivery time in Upazila Sadar is minimum 8/9 Working Days

You will get it earlier.

Return Policy

Product change and return policy:

Product Problem Details:

You can change or refund the product in case of tear, wrong size or size, mismatch of the product with the photo etc. (Be sure to check with us before ordering the product).

You must return the product to The New Fashion Office (Home Delivery) within 5 business days which you can courier to us.

Keep in mind that the product will not change / return after washing.

Stock availability: The orders are subject to availability of stock.

Delivery Timeline: The delivery might take longer than usual timeframe/line to be followed by The New Fashion

Delivery might be delayed due to force majeure event which includes, but not limited to, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays, etc

Cancellation: The New Fashion retains unqualified right to cancel any order at its sole discretion prior to dispatch and for any reason which may include, but not limited to, the product being mispriced, out of stock, malfunctioned, and containing incorrect information or description arising out of technical or typographical error or for any other reason.

Refund Timeline: If any order is canceled, the payment against such order shall be refunded within 1 to 3 working days, but it may take longer time in exceptional cases. Provided that received cash back amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount.
